• Visual inspection of the outside (providing a comprehensive list of potential maintenance items)
• Inspect all drains for proper flow
• Inspect interior faucets for leaks
• Inspect exterior faucets for leaks
• Inspect and lubricate garage door
• Check windows and doors for proper operation
• Provide and replace refrigerator water filter as needed
• Clean HVAC condensate line
• Clean dryer vent hose (exterior wall only)
• Clean refrigerator coils
• Clear and inspect dishwasher filter
• Clear and inspect rain gutters as needed (Extra charges could apply in certain situations)
• Inspect and replace appliance light bulbs (bulbs not included)
